The Silver Racer Series is a Mattel Cars die-cast collection featuring silver-coated versions of the World Grand Prix racers from Cars 2. It was first introduced as a K-mart exclusive assortment in 2012, being part of the eighth and ninth Kmart Cars Collector Events. The series was re-issued in international countries in 2014, and was later revived for a global release in 2015, as the first of five assortments under the Transcontinental Race of Champions (TROC) theme.

Some models would later be brought back, albeit with slight modifications, as part of the 2020 mainline series.
