Puzzle Box Series

The Puzzle Box Series (or simply Lightning McQueen Vehicle Assortment) was a 1:55 Mattel Disney Pixar Cars series featuring boxed variants of Lightning McQueen from throughout the history of the line. Despite its initial 2017 release alongside the Cars 3 merchandising wave, all three series featured versions based on the original Cars film (or adjacent material, in the case of his Smell Swell attire).

Each wave included a numbered checklist; when assembled, the exterior boxes would form a "puzzle" of one of the very first Lightning McQueen concept artworks.

In other countries, this series was released on Key Characters-style blister cards, and branded as part of the mainline Florida 500 segment. The assortment (GBL10) appears to have been titled "CARS SURTIDO DE VEHÍCULOS NEON", roughly Cars Neon Vehicle Assortment.
