Make-A-Face
Make-A-Face (or Makin' Faces per some online listings)[1] was a Mattel series available with the Cars 2 launch wave in 2011. The assorted vehicles feature built-in mix-and-match components, which can be rotated and swapped to produce a total of 16 different facial expressions.[2]

"Your favorite Disney Pixar Cars characters are making faces! Mix and match the four different pairs of eyes and four different mouths on each vehicle for a total of 16 different fun and funny expressions. Ages 3 and older.[2]
Information
The initial launch wave included Lightning McQueen, Mater, Finn McMissile and Professor Z, with 24 vehicles packed to a case.[3] A second wave of four additional models was slated for a holiday 2012 release,[4] but is not known to have reached store shelves.
