Charge-Ups™ is a 1:55 vehicle assortment by Mattel. Launched with Cars 2 in May 2011, the short-lived series was exclusive to Target stores. Each vehicle is built around a battery-powered motor, which can be refreshed using a special "vehicle charger," available separately or bundled in the focal "Crash 'N' Change Speedway™" track set. Package snipes state the cars can be fully charged within thirty seconds.

The focal point of the line was its Crash 'n' Change Speedway, a deluxe track set including one electronic charging unit along with Lightning McQueen and the exclusive Francesco Bernoulli. It was marketed as part of Target's Racing Rivals product collection, and was featured inside an interactive, electronic display case, decorated with die-cast cars and a fanstand graphic from the film.
