Charge-Ups™ is a 1:55 vehicle assortment by Mattel. Launched with Cars 2 in May 2011, the short-lived series was exclusive to Target stores. Each vehicle is built around a battery-powered motor, which can be refreshed using a special "vehicle charger," available separately or bundled in the focal "Crash 'N' Change Speedway™" track set. Package snipes state the cars can be fully charged within thirty seconds.[1]

The focal point of the line was its Crash 'n' Change Speedway, a deluxe track set including one electronic charging unit along with Lightning McQueen and the exclusive Francesco Bernoulli. It was marketed as part of Target's Racing Rivals product collection,[3] and was featured inside an interactive, electronic display case, decorated with die-cast cars and a fanstand graphic from the film.[4][5]
