Disney•Pixar Cars: C.H.R.O.M.E. is a Global Creative boys-targeted style guide created for the SS13 (spring and summer) shelf season.[3] As its title suggests, the characters and art concepts are themed around C.H.R.O.M.E., the British intelligence agency with a central role in the plot of Cars 2. According to artist Marton Perhiniak, who worked on the graphic design within, different sub-concepts were created for "younger" and "older" audiences respectively.[1][2]

A small number of spy-themed material were carried over into the primarily racing-themed FH13 guide Cars: Speed Circuit.[4]
