C.H.R.O.M.E. logo

The Command Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorized Espionage, also known as C.H.R.O.M.E., is a British secret organization of espionage and recon operations that works for the British crown and is composed of various spies and secret agents who appear to be stationed in different places around the world, such as Holley Shiftwell in Tokyo.

The C.H.R.O.M.E. Training Facility is located somewhere underground in London, as seen in Cars 2: The Video Game.

In Cars 2, it is heavily implied that Finn and Holley both work for an unknown secret organization full of highly-trained spies. It was later revealed in Cars 2: The Video Game to be called "C.H.R.O.M.E.".
