Disney•Pixar Cars: Monocut[1][2] is a 2D style set that was introduced for the spring and summer 2016 marketing season.[1]
The design incorporates a typographic lettering style, primarily using a pre-existing Lightning McQueen side profile as a focal point. The concept appears to have primarily launched in Europe, appearing in the catalogs of companies like 
Starpak and
