Chauncy is painted black, with orange on his front bumper and the Taxi logo on his roof. He has chrome rims and a chrome grille.
Model
Like all London black cabs, Chauncy is an 2004 LTI TXII Taxi, with a top speed of 81 mph and a zero-60 of 21 seconds. His engine is a 2.7 litre diesel.
According to his diecast, his license plate reads "54 07-29". It also has an error, as it has a resemblance to Japanese license plates (one of them being white with green writing) when it is supposed to be a UK license plate (yellow with black writing).

- It is unknown why the Cars world would need taxis as they are already cars and they definitely could not fit inside one.
