Masha Ellswrench, also known as the Fiber Fuel Crew Chief is the crew chief for the Fiber Fuel Piston Cup racing team. She is painted orange, wears a headset, and has Fiber Fuel's logo on her sides. Her original artwork depicts her as the same unknown model as Jay W. and Mandy Freunderbender, while her diecast and newer artwork depicts her as a Capitol Motors Verve LX and her appearance in The Rookie depicts her as a 200 1/2 Ton Truck.

Trivia

• Her original artwork is a modified version of Jay W.'s, despite her diecast being the same model as Chuck Manifold. This was later corrected by modifying Chief RPM's artwork.
• She did not appear in Cars due to Pixar only animating 18 teams despite there being 36 racers.
• Despite not appearing in the movie, she is featured in the comic "The Rookie" where unlike her diecast she is depicted as a pickup truck.
• Her model in the comics is the same as Chief Chick, Rust-eze Crew Chief and Sidewall Shine Crew Chief.
• Before her name was revealed, it was speculated among fans that ''Andrew Buttes'' which is the name used for Megan Shifter on some releases of her, might have been intended to be used as her name, as her diecast was intended to release around the same time as Megan's.
• She is named after Pixar lead technical director, Masha Ellsworth.
