Masha Ellswrench, also known as the Fiber Fuel Crew Chief, is the crew chief for the Fiber Fuel Piston Cup racing team. She is painted orange, wears a headset, and has Fiber Fuel's logo on her sides. Her diecast and artwork depict her as a Capitol Motors Verve LX, while her appearance in The Rookie depicts her as a 200 1/2 Ton Truck.

Trivia

• Masha's original personality pose was a modified version of Jay W.'s, despite her diecast resembling a sedan.
  • This was later corrected, reusing Chief RPM's personality pose.
• She did not appear in Cars due to Pixar only animating 18 teams despite there being 36 racers.
• Before Masha's name was revealed, it was speculated that ''Andrew Buttes'' (a name used on scarce diecast releases of Megan Shifter) might have been intended to be the Fiber Fuel Crew Chief's identity, as her diecast was intended to release around the same time as Megan's before cancellation.
• She is named after Pixar lead technical director, Masha Ellsworth.
• Despite not appearing in the movie, she is featured in the comic "The Rookie".
  • Furthermore, her model in the comics is the same as Chief Chick, Rust-eze Crew Chief and Sidewall Shine Crew Chief.
