Victor is one of Cruz Ramirez's cousins along with Pablo. He is bewaring, mistrustful and headstrong. Victor hopes to become a racer, and is often very careful when making decisions.

History

In "The Road Ahead", Victor is one of Cruz Ramirez's cousins along with Pablo. His first race is organized by a pickup truck named Martin Bearings, which is very similar to a Crazy Eight race on the Thunder Hollow Speedway. He leaves the race because it looked very suspicious for him, but he is still in the race, just as a fan.
