Red Tokyo Car is a resident of Tokyo, painted entirely red, including her rims and mirrors. She is presumably a 2006 Microcaster Chickmonk, as she appears to have the same model as Chuki.
History
In Tokyo Mater, she is part of the group of three cars that are starting the race between Mater and Kabuto, her representing "ready".

- Their prototype of their cancelled Mattel die-cast is inaccurate.
- They have RSN decals on their camera. However, their stock image has RTV decals instead.
- Their camera is on the opposite side of them, on their die-cast prototype.
- They are either a Capitol Motors Behemoth XLI or an Emerycraft Inka.
