Train to Spain is the last deleted scene from Cars 2.
Just like in the final version, Mater made a mistake and decides to go back home, on a train he meets the handler of Team McQueen named Giulia and they were chased through the wagons by an early version of Tomber. Mater presses the emergency brake button and he and Giulia run off the train to Pamplona to with was having a Bulldozer race in the location, Mater lets the bulldozers free to stop Tomber from chasing them. As the other cars are running away, Mater tries to make the bulldozers follow him, but to no success as they're moving towards Giulia, who's having trouble starting up her engine. Giulia calls out for Mater to help her, and Mater is able to tow her into a shop, avoiding the bulldozers.
Trivia
At the beginning of the scene, Giulia's engine is malfunctioning, hinting at her true nature as an ally of the Lemons.
At the end of the scene, Mater says the line "I'm having more fun than a rollbar in a demolition derby!". This line would be later reused by Darrell Cartrip and tweaked to have him talk about McQueen instead during the Tokyo Grand Prix.
This scene is only available on the digital blu-ray copy of Cars 2 for unspecified reasons.
Presumably due to a cap on the data storage capacity of the Cars 2 Blu-ray bonus disc.
This scene marks the 2nd appearance of Zil, the first being Prague (although he only appears in the intro, in a sequence not part of this scene.
This is the 3rd deleted scene to show off Tomber as an antagonist. The first is Oktoberfest and the second is Meet Finn.
Interestingly, Tomber was supposed to have saws as weapons as well.
This scene marks the 1st and only appearance of Giulia and consequently, the only time Giulia's voice is heard.
Her "appearance" in Meet Finn does not count, as it was only Finn McMissile wearing a disguise.
Giulia is known to have appeared in at least two other scenes before this one, since Mater met Giulia in a village in Italy around the time of the Porto Corsarace, and Giulia mentions being dragged onto the train by Mater immediately before this scene.
Mater staying calm while Giulia panics as the bulls approach them mirrors the dynamic between McQueen and Mater in Cars' Frank chase scene.
Mater even asks the Bulldozers "do you have a relative in the States named Frank?"
This scene presumably immediately precedes the scene where Mater is captured by the Lemons, which would conclude act 2 of the film.
