Germany is the second last deleted scene from Cars 2.

There was originally going to be a race that would be held in Germany's Black Forest. The race would've completely taken place on a dirt road, giving some Cars an advantage and others a handicap. It was cut to save time.

Plot

Before the race McQueen asks his team where Mater is. Luigi responds that Mater felt bad about what happened in Paris, so he decided to go home. McQueen laments that this isn't what he wanted, when the announcer states "Lightning McQueen, ten seconds to penalty" causing an upset McQueen to begin the race with little enthusiasm as his crew informs him about the track ahead. Meanwhile, Mater is driving towards the Airport.
