Autoconfirmed users have some additional rights compared to normal users. New registered users have some restrictions placed onto them in order to prevent vandals from immediately being able to deface the site as they please. Users become autoconfirmed after having been active the wiki for at least four days and having made a total of ten edits.
Group rights
Autoconfirmed users are able to:
- Insert external links onto articles without having to fill out a captcha
- Blank a page without having to fill out a captcha
- Create new accounts without having to fill out a captcha
- Edit semi-protected pages
