Performance Designed Products® LLC, marketed simply as PDP or PDP Gaming, is a manufacturer of electronic and gaming peripherals.[1] In 2011, they released a collection of Cars 2-inspired controllers and accessories for the Wii™ and Nintendo DS™ systems, with official authorization from both Disney and Nintendo. The products were designed to interact and coincide with the release of the film's tie-in video game for the respective platforms.

The Cars 2 product collection was showcased at E3 2011, along with the Cars 2 Kids Kit, an forthcoming item designed for use with the Apple iPad 1 and 2.[2] The set was released in fall 2011 alongside a Disney Princess counterpart, for sale at Toys"R"Us and the Disney Store.[3]
