Bullyland is a German–based manufacturing company known primarily for its hand-painted PVC figurines of children's characters. They have released waves of Cars models for each of the three theatrical films, as well as both Planes films. Despite their traditional name, Bullyland products are actually made using custom-built material compositions, free of toxic PVC chemicals.

Cars products first appeared in the Bullyland product catalog in 2007. Three additional characters were added throughout 2009.
