In Cars, J. Low Lee went to go see the tiebreaker race between Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and The King at the Los Angeles International Speedway. Prior to the race, he was in the crowd of cars around Bob Cutlass and Darrell Cartrip as they were being recorded near the entrance gate by the Racing Sports Network.

Physical description

J. Low Lee is a small city car with a blue livery and chrome rims. His registration plate number is ML115. While attending the race at the Los Angeles International Speedway he wore an blue antenna flag with The King's logo and a big yellow foam hat in shape of the Piston Cup.

The back of the box of his 2016 release gives us insight to the character, reading as follows. "J. Low Lee has always been a die-hard Piston Cup fan, pledging his loyalty to The King since the first time he saw him hit the track. J. Low has been to every race that the #43 has ever entered, proudly wearing his lucky Piston Cup hat."
