Chuck "Choke" Cables is a Piston Cup cameraman. He is a Pabloloco Lugnutter with a blue livery. In Cars, he is seen broadcasting the Piston Cup races with Nelson Blindspot at Motor Speedway of the South and Los Angeles International Speedway.
History

Chuck appears at the Motor Speedway of the South in Cars, recording the Dinoco 400 alongside Nelson Blindspot. Both cameramen later appear at the Los Angeles International Speedway.

Trivia

- While it is possible there are two cameracars named Chuck, another cameracar uses a camera identical to Chuck Cables'.
- In him and Nelson Blindspot's first close-up shot in the film, he has a grille, but in their second close-up shot, he doesn't. He isn't supposed to have the grille, hence his personality pose and his diecast.
- He shares the same surname as Jimmy Cables. It is unknown if they're related.
