History
In Cars 3, Double Clutch Daley is first seen via a archive recording of a Piston Cup race, specifically the 1954 Fireball Beach Course race that contained the Hudson Hornet's career ending crash. He is shown waving a red flag signaling the racers to stop as the Hudson Hornet is attended to. Daley would later appear in the present at the Cotter Pin, serving customers as a waiter. Daley's last appearance in the movie is from a flashback, where he is shown waving the checkered flag after the Hudson Hornet performed his flip maneuver against Leroy Heming.
