Output function for the "segment" cell in a Vehicle Database table. Transcluded in {{vehicle row}}; the variables inherited from {{segment index}} generate the final HTML so it can be stored (fully evaluated) in the Releases table. The idea is ultimately to save on page speed: There's not much point in storing every necessary variable as a separate Cargo column, simply to be parsed back together.
