Function for recognizing and handling a five-digit Mattel product/item number code inside a {{vehicle table}} cell. It sets the default {{TBA}} display (for when the respective input parameter has no value) as well as forcing the "old" A0000 format to always come before the "new" AAA00 ones when sorted alphabetically.
Set |append=false to use only the key itself - created so the cast number cell output can do its own thing.
