"Red Emergency" is a comic from the ninth issue of the Cars Magazine.
Plot
Lightning asks Ramone why he isn't painted for the holidays yet. Ramone tells him that he can't remember where he put his red paint. They look if there are any paint supply trucks nearby, but there are none. They check at Luigi's next, but he only has yellow, green and blue paint. Luigi then tells them that he doesn't have red paint, because Flo has it. At the V8 Café Flo gives Ramone the red paint. Ramone finishes painting himself and the Radiator Springs resident pose for a christmas photo.
