"A Rash Judgment" is a comic from the seventh issue of the Cars Magazine.
Plot
Chick Hicks is racing on the race track, when he suddenly crashes against the wall and scratches his Sponsor's sticker. Chief Chick tells him that a replacement can only be shipped in two days. Lightning offers to help. They drive to Radiator Springs and Chick starts bullying some of the residents, including Red, Luigi and Guido. When McQueen and Chick arrive at Ramone's, he starts painting Chick a new sticker. After Ramone is done, Chick starts speeding out of town and calls the townsfolk jalopies. He slips in Red's water and crashes into Luigi's and ruins his Sponsor's sticker once again.
