Cars is 7-issue comics series that was produced in 2009. Even though Boom Studios started the comic series, in 2012, Disney Comics released one issue under a series of the same name, however no other issues were made. Story

Lightning McQueen organizes a charity race for the "Winners Circle Camp", a camp for disabled child cars that Lynda Weathers volunteers for and Timmy attends.^[1]

At the end of the comic, after being helped by Timmy and befriending him, Chick Hicks donates his season's winnings to the camp.
