Hammer is a plane who tried to qualify for the Wings Around the Globe Rally. His design is a combination of a Extra EA-300's fuselage, a Zivko Edge 540 V3's wings, and a Cessna 402's vertical stabilizer. He is painted mainly black, with yellow shapes of hammers, anchors and his name and #17 on his fuselage and wings.

Hammer tried to apply for the Wings Around the Globe, but did not make it into the Top 5 to compete. However, he can be seen in the pit row at John F. Kennedy International Airport in the background.
