Trivia

  • "Haulital" is a shortening of the words "Haul it All", because the company makes hauling vehicles (with only one exception; being the Lugnutter; see below).
  • Unlike all other Haulital models, the Lugnutter is not a hauling vehicle at all.
    • Pabloloco also has a model named Lugnutter, which is also not a hauling vehicle, like its other models.
  • The Haulital Lugnutter bares resemblance to the Park Motors Perk EX, and Remirunabout Orbit.
  • The die-cast models of Chief RPM and Chief Leak Less erroneously protray them as a Haulital Lugnutter.
  • According to his passport in Cars 2, Mater was born on January 12, 1957. This suggests that the Haulital Hook'em in general was manufactured in 1957.
    • In addition, Mater's design was partly based on the 1957 Chevrolet Task Force 3800.
    • In the unproduced short film, Backwards to the Forwards, Mater is said to of "rolled right out of the factory in 1955".
  • The 1983 Hookov H9 appears to be a copy of the Haulital Hook'em. A parody of the real-life Soviet car brands, which are known to copy foreign cars, and for their too long production (hence why H9's model year is 1983 despite looking like 1950's truck).
  • An unnamed Flying Tow Truck (with buck-teeth similar to Mater) from the future appeared in the unproduced short film, Backwards to the Forwards.
  • Haulital has a similar name to Houslital, another car manufacturer which also produces tow trucks.
