Template:Aboutfile

This template is used to display information about a file - Per the wiki's image use policy, it is required. The basic skeleton is automatically pre-loaded into the edit box when you use the upload page.

There are a total of five (5) parameters. Not all of them will be used each time, but use every one that applies.

1. description - A brief description of what the image is or represents.
2. source - An external link to where the image was obtained. If a screenshot, you can simply link the media name internally.
3. artist - Who the author of the image is, whether yourself or someone else.
4. edited - If the file has been changed in any way (cropped, re-colored, anything at all) from its original format, explain how and why.
5. other_versions - If there is another image/alternate take of the same subject on the wiki, please link to it using [[:File:Filename.ext]].

License info is done separately, using the drop-down list below the main edit box.
