Tow Mater Towing and Salvage,[1][2] or simply Mater's tow yard,[3] is an impound located in Radiator Springs. It is owned and operated by Mater, serving as both his place of business and his residence. Within the impound, there is a modest shack where Mater rests, surrounded by hubcaps used for decoration, oil drums, and a crooked gate. Adjacent to his quaint junkyard shed home and the Radiator Springs Municipal Impound, this locale also serves as the introductory setting for Mater's Tall Tales.

It was a sublocation in The World of Cars Online where it was known as "Mater's Junk Yard" and functioned as a store with yard decorations. Available items were:
