Trucks is the sixth episode of Cars on the Road. It was released on September 8, 2022, where it aired exclusively on Disney+.
Synopsis
Mater bonds with fellow trucks at a rest stop, and they celebrate their solidarity through song.
Story
On an unknown road Lightning and Mater are driving when Mater sees a truck drive past and tries to get the truck to blow their horn but to no avail. Mater then says to Lightning about how he wishes he was a 'real truck' to which the latter replies that he is 'one hundred percent a real truck'. Later they pull into Truckey's. Lightning goes inside a store but Mater waits outside. The surrounding cabs start singing a catchy song about trucks to Mater. Lightning then exits the store unaware of the previous events. As the duo leave three cabs blow their horns at Mater.
