Parameters

string	$name	Country name or abbreviation, if registered in the `{{switch:}}` statement inside. See Category:Flags.
string	$alttext	(optional) Used for `\|alt=` attribute. Rework to come.
string	border	(optional) Image border
string	size	(optional) Change the dimensions if needed.
string	link	(optional) If the icon should link to a wiki page; Leave defined-but-null to use the value of $name . Generally for the Cars-world location equivalent; If so, please only in said in-universe context.
