Rookie Racing Challenge

The Rookie Racing Challenge is a Quest in The World of Cars Online. The Quest presumably involved the player winning three races, the first on Carburetor County Speedway, the second on Willy's Butte Rally, and the third on Fillmore's Fields Rally.

Story

"Hey rookie! Do you think you have what it takes to become a Racing Legend? I know I do because I AM ONE! Ka-chow! Put your tires to the road and do some RACING! Then come back and see me. I'll let you know ho you did!"
