Play THQ™ was a publishing division of THQ Inc., the American video game company which developed and published the original trilogy of Cars games along with their derivatives. Play THQ, a "family-focused" brand primarily focused on the company's Disney•Pixar and Nickelodeon games,[1] released unique copies of the Cars games prior to its shutdown in the early 2010s.
