Neuschwanstein Castle (German: Schloss Neuschwanstein) is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival palace on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria, Germany.
History
In Planes, while Dusty Crophopper is giving Bulldog instructions after the latter's eyes get covered with oil, he notices that they are flying toward Neuschwanstein Castle, and instructs Bulldog on pulling up and dodging the towers, only just flying through a banner and on their way to the finish line.

- This is the real-life inspiration for Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle in Anaheim.
