The Great Wall of China is a large tread wall of 21196.18 km/13170.71 miles (8851.80 km/5500.25 miles in Ming dynasty) that is generally built along an east-to-west line across the northern ancient borders of China. It was made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood and other materials. It is shown in the Cars 2 credits when Lightning McQueen and Mater visited China. In Planes, it is plane-ified, and many cars and planes watch Dusty Crophopper race, which he gets to first place. It can also be seen in Planes: The Video Game.

- The Great Wall of China was car-ified as a large car tread that can be seen on the wall's path.
- 万里长城 is pronounced "Wànlǐ Chángchéng", and literally means "The long wall of 10,000 Li (里)". The 万 (wàn) means "Ten thousand", but in this context, it stands for "Thousands"; the 里 (lǐ) is a unit of length, which is equal to 0.5 km/0.31 miles; the 长 (cháng) means "Long"; and the 城 (chéng) means "A city", but in this context, it means "Wall". Altogether, it means "Great Wall of China".
- Simplified Chinese for Great Wall of China is 万里长城, while traditional Chinese is 萬里長城.
