Windy Wheelchocks is a character that appears at the Corn Fest and the Honkers Bar & Grill in Planes: Fire & Rescue. She is a plane that is painted white, with two sets of purple stripes on her wings, and has a single propeller. She is based off the Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
