Hi,
We typically ask that you open a talk page section and discuss proposed changes before moving a significant page title. There are less immediate factors like navigation templates, file names, and page links which would also need to be updated accordingly.
The account in question was blocked because I personally thought it was a spam-bot, based on strange emails I and other users have been receiving recently. For the record, we don't have any connection to Wikipedia or other wikis aside our own – MediaWiki is a software, as opposed to a content network. Patroller

Can you please me a new user group called “Patroller” please? The idea came from [1], but to sum it up, they can mark others' edits as patrolled, rollback all edits of a page by a user to the last revision by a previous user, mark articles as "Featured" in accordance with Cars Wiki's featured content policy. I was not aware you posted there, but my comments here override the result anyway. For what it's worth:
* "mark others' edits as patrolled" - Due to poor configuration I don't think auto-patrol presently even works. I will have to fix that, but there is frankly little need at the moment to increase our staff roll
* "rollback all edits of a page by a user to the last revision by a previous user" - You can already do this by just manually "undoing" the history. Rollback is only a convenience, with niche application in our current editor base
* "mark articles as "Featured" in accordance with Cars Wiki's featured content policy." - We don't even have this feature, nor policy. If you want to change the featured article, you are welcome to edit it here.
