Tokyo Lights is a minigame in Cars 2 Storybook Deluxe. In order to play the game, you either need to finish reading the third page, or you could have just selected playing the game in the menu. In this game, the player needs to memorise the falshing lights order, it's basically a memory game. The game ends if the player fails, or if the player is able to remember the order of the lights 15 times.
