This template is used to clear space when text overflows beyond a related image or infobox.

{{br|right}} gives space to right side of a section
{{br|left}} gives space to left side of a section (ideal when headers clash with infoboxes)

string	$clear	Optional: Space to clear (left, right, or default both)
boolean	$toc	Optional: Insert __TOC__ and force table-of-contents display (default false)
