Does he really appear in Cars 2?

Pixar Wiki doesn't say that Hans appears in Cars 2, so does he really appear in Cars 2? However, in my opinion, it does look like it is him, because he is the same model, has the same paint, has the same eye color and others, though there was about different stores he had in Cars 2 and the 2011 State Farm commercial.
