Order of the Garter was an order of chivalry in the United Kingdom.
On 15 July 2011, Mater was awarded the Order of the Garter and the title of Sir by The Queen of United Kingdom thanks to his help to British intelligence in solving Allinol conspiracy as well as arresting many of high-leveled members of The Lemons crime organisation including its leader, Miles Axlerod.
