Hollywood Sign, implied to exist from Lightning McQueen's daydream.

Hollywood is a neighborhood in the central region of Los Angeles, California. Its name has come to be a shorthand reference for the United States film industry and the people associated with it.

Hollywood is briefly seen in the first Cars film but was going to play a large role in Cars 3, the original pitch for the movie was going to take McQueen to big hollywood parties and end up with an imposter plot, there's a deleted scene that shows McQueen and Cruz being chased down within Hollywood, they pass the Chinese Theater and make their way through several highways while being chased by the police.
