Get the numerical database key identifying the current page. Tends to be more convenient and consistent in comparisons and other operations, versus title variables like {{PAGENAME}} and respective url-encoded counterparts, proper usage of which can be context dependent.

int Unique page identification number (0 in page preview if article is unpublished)
