Eighth Street Carburetors is street gang, in Petrol Pulaski's Biography from the Car Finder game, it is mentioned they were caught by law enforcement, Petrol was then rehabilitated and given work in the piston cup, it's unknown what happened to the rest of the gang, but if Petrol is anything to go by, they were also likely given a chance to better themselves.
