Carmen is a character in Mater Private Eye.
History
Carmen the Carbacabana Girl is a singer who performs at Big D's nightclub, the Carbacabana. She also appears at the end, along with her mariachi pitties, telling Mater to go conga. Mater joyfully agrees, dancing and driving away.

Trivia
- Her design is the same as Flo's, but has top headlights.
- Her name is Laverne in all other known translations (French, German, Lithuanian, and Polish). As well as in the DVD and Blu-ray subtitles in the scene when she says, "Thank you very much!" in Spanish after singing one of her songs.
- This might be because Pixar originally planned Carmen to be the same character as Laverne, a showcar that visited Radiator Springs with Flo.
